Optional Picnic: We are in the process of setting up a picnic, details TBD. We are also looking into setting up a trip to the Homestead Crater. The Crater is a geothermal spring, hidden within a 55-foot tall, beehive-shaped limestone rock located on the Homestead property. One hour soak is $16 and snorkeling equipment is $5. Details TBD.
Travel Insurance: Insurance cost is $85 and is highly recommended. Must be purchased by 11/1/2017. Ask Trip Leader for Travel Insurance Info.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be emailed to: ski@bcskiclub.org
We have to adhere to our Ski.com contract and cancellation policy which is:
90 days prior to departure: $50.00 per person plus any supplier penalties
89-60 days prior to departure: $100.00 per person plus any supplier penalties
59-31 days prior to departure: $200.00 per person plus any supplier penalties
No refund if you cancel within 31 days prior to departure
